What's specific to this state?
Has run its own exam since 01.01.2018. The fee is non-refundable if you cancel after the invitation. Unlimited retakes.
Dialect note: Thüringisch — central German; the exam is in Hochdeutsch. The exam expects standard Hochdeutsch from you; but the simulated patient may slip into everyday speech — so knowing the regional dialect helps.

How do you apply?
The candidate applies electronically in person: B2+ certificate, CV, Approbation-application confirmation from the Thüringer Landesverwaltungsamt, ID, visa (non-EU). Applying to the state authority first is mandatory.
General rule: you don't apply directly to the Kammer. First you apply to the relevant state authority (Approbation / Berufserlaubnis); that authority refers you to the FSP. Start preparing early — waiting times range from weeks to months depending on the state.
