What's specific to this state?

4 exam centers. Lab-value reading + term translation add extra difficulty. A B2 certificate is required to apply (the FSP itself assesses C1).

Dialect note: Schwäbisch / Badisch — pronounced in everyday speech; the exam is in Hochdeutsch. The exam expects standard Hochdeutsch from you; but the simulated patient may slip into everyday speech — so knowing the regional dialect helps.

How do you apply?

Regierungspräsidium Stuttgart (Referat 95) reviews your Approbation/B2 documents, then the LÄK sends a fee notice; once paid, you receive an invitation.

General rule: you don't apply directly to the Kammer. First you apply to the relevant state authority (Approbation / Berufserlaubnis); that authority refers you to the FSP. Start preparing early — waiting times range from weeks to months depending on the state.
